Complaints & Returns at Balcour

At Balcour, you always have a 2-year warranty on all products, including Pressurebox and Motion Grip Socks. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered – and no later than 2 months after.

When should I file a complaint?

You should file a complaint if your item has a defect or fault that is not caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Please note: A non-justified complaint may result in additional costs for you.

How do I file a complaint?

Click on "Start Complaint" and follow the instructions.

Provide as much information as possible about the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Our team will review your case within 2–3 business days.

You will receive an email update with the next steps.

You will need to provide:

  • Your email address

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) or video of the issue

  • Description of the fault (when and how did it occur?)

What does a complaint cost?

If the complaint is justified, we cover all costs.

How long does it take?

Processing time is typically 2–7 business days, but may take up to 14 business days during peak periods.


Returns

You can register your return through our return portal: Balcour Return Portal

How to return:

  1. Click on "Start Return"

  2. Enter your email and order number

  3. Select the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund

  4. After registration:

For orders in Denmark:
You will receive a label-free code from DAO via email
Show the code at a DAO parcel shop – they will print and attach the label for you
Remember to get a receipt as proof of drop-off

For orders within the EU:
You will receive a UPS shipping label, which you print and attach to the package yourself

Please make sure the item is safely packed and protected during transport


Return period

You have a 30-day return right from the date of receipt

The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging


Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you a confirmation.
The amount will be refunded to the payment method used during checkout – typically within 7–10 business days after approval.


What does it cost to return an item?

A return costs 39 DKK

The amount will be deducted from your refund

When you use our return label, your parcel is trackable and insured


Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received when placing your order. It’s also printed on the package you received.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the unwanted item and place a new order through our webshop.

What condition must the item be in when returned?

The item must not be damaged, dirty, or incomplete.
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

If the item has been used, a reduction in value may apply and be deducted from your refund.
To ensure a full refund, we recommend handling the item with care – as you would in a physical store.
